Having a breast lift is good for you if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are physically healthy and maintain a stable weight.
  • You are concerned by the fact that your breasts sag, have lost shape or volume.
  • Your breast tissue has stretched.
  • One breast is lower than the other.


Keep in mind that breast lift surgery does not change the size of your breasts or fill out the upper part of your breast to appear more round.

If you want your breasts to look fuller you might want to consider breast augmentation surgery instead.
